AccelCue, LLC ("AccelCue," "we," "us," or "our") is a Virginia company providing AI-enabled marketing, operations, and website-assistant services to businesses. Privacy Policy
Information we collect. We collect the contact information you provide — typically your name, email address, phone number, and your business's public website URL — when you interact with our website assistant (Finn), request a demo, or contact us. We also collect basic technical/usage data from our website (such as pages visited) through standard analytics.

How we use your information. We use your contact information to (1) respond to your questions and provide the services you request, and (2) send you ongoing marketing communications about AccelCue, including email and — where you have opted in — text messages.

How do we share your information.

We do not sell your personal information.
We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.
We may share information with service providers who perform functions on our behalf (for example, hosting, analytics, email/SMS delivery), bound to use it only for those functions.
We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights.
Text messaging (SMS) exception: No mobile information — your phone number, SMS opt-in, or SMS consent — will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. It is used only to send the messages you have requested from AccelCue.

Your choices. You can opt out of marketing email at any time via the unsubscribe link. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP (see SMS Terms below). You may request that we correct or delete your contact information by emailing privacy@accelcue.com.

Data retention. We retain your contact information for as long as needed to provide our services and for ongoing marketing until you opt out or request deletion, after which we delete or de-identify it within a reasonable period.

Security. We use commercially reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children. Our services are for businesses and are not directed to individuals under 18.

Changes. We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date reflects the latest version.

Text Messaging (SMS) Terms
Program description. When you opt in, AccelCue will send you text messages related to your requests, account updates, and marketing/promotional offers.

Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from AccelCue at the number provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
